Laurie Forster has been a Wyoming Real Estate Broker since 1998 and a highly regarded Sales Associate since she began in 1995.  In 2000, she received her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. She is one of only four agents in Carbon County with the CRS designation. In 2005, she received her WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) designation and in 2007 received her RSC (Residential Sales Council) designation. Laurie was honored by her peers as Carbon County Realtor of the Year in 2003. She has served on the Carbon County Board of Realtors Board of Directors (2001-2009); performing as President in 2003 & 2004, Treasurer in 1997 and Legislative Chair in 2000. She served as Budget Chair 2003-09 and previously in 2000 and was Chair of the WYPAC/RPAC (Wyoming Political Action Committee/Realtor Political Action Committee) in 2009 & 2010. She has also served on many other committees throughout her years with the Carbon County Board of Realtors organization. Laurie has a lot of experience in all kinds of real estate transactions and shared that knowledge serving on the Town of Saratoga Planning & Zoning Committee from 2004 to 2011. Since 2008 she has served on the Carbon Power & Light Board of Directors. Whether it is a home sale, business purchase, a ranch trade or a combination of the like; she can make the transaction go smooth. Marcy Cooley has been in the real estate profession since 1994 and a Wyoming Associate Broker since 2001. In 2000 she was honored as Carbon County Realtor of the Year by her peers.  In 2001, she received her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and in 2004 she received her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. Marcy has served on the Carbon County Board of Realtors Board of Directors 2001-2008 serving as President in 2000, President Elect 2007-08 and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Chair 2007-08. She also has served on multiple committees over the years with the Realtor organization including Events Committee Chair in 2010 & 2011. Marcy was also active in the Wyoming Association of Realtors serving as Vice President 2003-04, Association Operations Co-Chair 2000-2001, Association Operations Chair 2002-2003, Vice President of the RDS Board in 2001 and Southeast District Vice President 2001-2002. Leadership does not stop there she has also served on the National Association of Realtors Risk Management Committee in 2004. Reginald "Reg" Forster received his real estate license in 2009.  Partnering with the team at Town & Country, Reg is ready to assist you in all your real estate needs. He knows the area having grown up in the Platte Valley and Carbon County.  Reg is always willing to give back to the community as a member of the Encampment-Riverside Search & Rescue since 2009 and volunteered with the organization on countless occassions prior. Linda York is our Office Manager. She has been in the real estate business since the early 1980's and has been with Town & Country Realty since the beginning in 1997. She is one of the excellent support staff that Town & Country prides ourselves on. Linda's knowledge of the profession are unbounded. She is also civic oriented volunteering her time serving on the Carbon County Wyoming 4-H Scholarship Board since it's inception in 2003 and is one of the founding members of the Encampment Beef Committee. She spends her free time with her grandchildren, her horses, her dogs, her family and traveling. She has strong ties to the valley and the Encampment & Saratoga communities.

Mary Martin has been the Administrative Assistant since the beginning in 1997. She provides that excellent support that Town & Country is known for. She has been a staff member for real estate offices since the early 1990's. Mary has lived in Encampment, Wyoming since 1980. She is very service oriented and spends her spare time volunteering with the local Grand Encampment Opera Company and serving her fourteenth year on the Encampment Town Council.  She recently finished as Chairwoman of the Grand Encampment Opera House Committee in the organization & fundraising efforts to renovate the historical building (2008-2011). Mary is also a life member and served on the Board of Directors of the Grand Encampment Museum (Secretary 2008-2009 & 2000-2003, President 2004-2005).  Some other events & organizations that she has given her time include the Encampment All-School Reunion (2010), Wyoming Congressional Youth (2010 & 2005), Green Mountain Cabin Association (Secretary/Treasurer 1995-2005) and the Encampment Centennial Committee (1995-1997). Her honors include the Veteran's of Foreign Wars Post 6125 Community Service Award (2008), Sierra Madre Winter Carnival Queen (1999), Xi Beta Delta Woman of the Year (2003), the Grand Encampment Museum Service Award (2005) & the Saratoga/Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce Chamber Pot Award (2006) for outstanding community service.
Sarge Forster has been the official Greeter at Town & Country Realty shortly after his birth in 2001. On most days he takes his duties very seriously and before any real estate is completed a pat or "hello Sarge" are in order. Sarge is half Golden Retreiver & Black Lab. Next time you are in the office, stop by and see Sarge. He will gladly take the attention ... actually he expects it.
